How can I make contact?

If you would like to contact me to discuss things further or book an appointment, you can direct message via this website. Any contact made is entirely confidential.

I endeavour to contact you back within 48 hours where we can arrange to have a brief chat over the phone or online (no fee) to talk about what you are looking for from psychotherapy and whether you feel what I can offer would be helpful for you.

You can then decide whether you would like to book in for an initial 'taster introductory session (£60 before 6 pm and £65 after 6 pm)

How many sessions would I need?

The number of sessions needed varies enormously, depending on what issues you bring. This is something we will discuss in your first session.

What are your fees?

Individual

Initial session £60 (50 mins) with ongoing sessions £60 (50 mins).

I charge £65 per session for appointments after 6pm.

What to expect

We will work collaboratively to explore your difficulties, how you feel they may have developed or have continued and what you would like to get out of our sessions together.

Your number of sessions will depend on your sense of progress and when you feel it is right to end the therapy. It can be helpful to have check-ins with how you are finding our sessions and to review your goals and aims regularly.

Privacy Policy

I collect personal information about you in our initial session with your consent, to help understand the nature of the problem you are bringing.

In addition to this, I may take minimal notes for my own reference and recall. They are kept securely locked or password protected where retained online. I retain this information for 8 years unless it is requested by you that I destroy them prior. Any specific personal reflections and supervision notes are destroyed as soon as they have fulfilled their purpose or at the end of our therapeutic relationship.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for the storage of personal information. If you have any concerns about my management of storage of personal information you are able to complain directly to the ICO. In the event of a breach of personal information I will contact yourself, the ICO and UKATA within 72 hours.
